What can still be done
Boxes are made by hand, so the question is which day. The order page shows the earliest date you can choose and the calendar will not offer an earlier one — you find out whether you are in time before you pay.
If that date is too late, tick “Rush it”. The option sits on the design page and at checkout: a rushed order is made ahead of the queue, within a few hours. If you need an earlier day still, place the order and write to us straight away.
A metro handover is often quicker in the middle of the day: we meet at whichever Baku station you pick. Delivery to the door is Baku only, and you mark the spot on the map yourself. Post to the regions adds the road on top of the making — the one thing not to leave to the last evening.
Three things to have ready
In a hurry the time goes on looking for things, not on choosing them.
- The photo — bright, the face clearly visible, and the original file from your phone; a picture forwarded through a few chats falls apart in print.
- The words — a name, a date, one line; each field has its own limit.
- Who it goes to — name, phone, address. Send it straight to them: no price tag goes in the box.
Everything else is chosen inside the order: the design, the chocolate, the wrapping, the day and the time window. No account is needed either — a name, an e-mail address and a number are enough, and the account is opened with that e-mail.
Which design to pick in a hurry
The quickest want a photo and a couple of words: upload, type the name, and the box appears on screen. A Location design or an astrology one also asks for a place, or a date and an hour — more decisions than a last evening needs. They are all in the design catalogue.
The mistake people make in a hurry is a misspelled name. Read the box on screen once more before you confirm: what you see is what is printed.
Then pay, by card on the site or by transfer, uploading the receipt on the payment page. If anything is unclear, write to us first and choose the design after — every day 10:00–20:00, on WhatsApp or Instagram.
